Scientists Made Food from Electricity and it could Solve World Hunger
Scientists created a batch of single-cell protein food that is nutritious using only renewable energy electricity, water, carbon dioxide, and microbes. The synthetic food is created as part of the Food from Electricity project from Lappeenranta University of Technology and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland.
